Sausage, Peppers Trigger Illness - Domino's Pizza, Spokane Washington

These guys do a good job usually. But the sausage on the pizza ordered Friday 8/15/23 made my wife VIOLENTLY ill. Lasted 24 hours starting Sunday morning at 4AM. She was the only one that ate the pizza with sausage on it. It could have also been the green peppers, another topping exclusive to her pizza. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
