On July 21st my 20-year old son consumed Cheesy Bread from Dominos. He was sick from 11:30 PM until he was brought to the ER at Morristown Memoria Hospital at 5:30 AM as he had fallen and was on the verge of passing out. He experienced vomiting, chills sweats, diarrhea, headache and dizziness The ER Dr. ran tests and concluded that he had gastritis caused by food poisoning.. He was given an IV to treat dehydration, anti-nausea, and antacid medication. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Dehydration, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Sweating, Nausea
