Ordered a Mediterranean sandwich last night and a small pineapple and onion pizza. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever; unable to even keep water down
I received my order around 930pm, woke up nauseous and stomach cramping around midnight, and have been vomiting and diarrhea since midnight (13 hours now). I only ate a small amount of the sandwich because something tasted sour so threw it out, hoping it ends soon! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
