Meat Pizza Illness Persisting - Domino's Pizza, San Diego California

I ordered a meat lovers pizza from this location Friday night. The morning after, I experienced terrible stomach pain and explosive diarrhea. It’s now Monday and the pain and diarrhea still hasn’t stopped. I had to call off work. Every time I drink water I have to go to the bathroom. I’m now on medication and have to get a lab sample done. I’m never eating here again and I hope no one else experiences this.
