At some nachos and a pepperoni pizza on 21st March at around half 6pm. An hour later I got awful stomach ache and the feeling of nausea. Went to sleep early to see if that would help and woke up at midnight and threw up. The same thing happened at around 4am and had no sleep as I was very uncomfortable with the stomach ache. I have woken up this morning with diarrhoea, sickness and stomach ache and hAving to take a day off work to go to the doctors | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
