We bought extra pepperoni and a pepperoni and pineapple pizza for dinner. After finishing eating, my 10 years old ate 4 slices. He got the worse, throwing up since 3 am and stomach cramps and diarrhea this AM. I ate 2 slices, having stomach cramps and diarrhea. He felt a little feverish, temp normal but he felt chills, not sure if from dehydration , that I gave him Tylenol and now he’s getting better. I took some Tylenol also. We’re not sure if need to see the doctor. Salmonella sounds scary.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Chills
