Pizza Delivery Causes Illness - Domino's Pizza, Johnson City Tennessee

4 years ago reported by user-xtfyn469 business

Domino's Pizza, West Walnut Street, Johnson City, TN, USA

745 West Walnut Street, Johnson City, 37604 Tennessee, United States

Our 20 year old son ordered delivery on 9/27 while we were on vacation out of town. He reportedly woke on 9/28 with vomiting, nausea, and lethargy. Went to his PCP today (after two days of symptoms) and was diagnosed with food poisoning. The ONLY thing different in his diet was the food from there.
He usually gets wings with anything he orders. Not sure precisely though. 1 became ill. Only one who ate it. Additional details are provided in previous responses. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other
