Stuffed Bread Caused Illness - Domino's Pizza, Daly City California

This occurred on the previous weekend, in early evening. I think it was the stuffed cheesy bread. I quickly became very ill. I'm 59 years old, and I have only been this sick three times in my life. My stomach hurt so much that I actually welcomed putting my finger down my throat, and I did that all night long! It hurt so much that I couldn't manage a coherent thought all night. It felt the same the next day without the vomiting after the morning. I had a strange "cleaning fluid" taste in my mouth from the residue at times. I had gotten sick from that stuffed cheesy bread within three weeks of this. I got dizzy and collapsed on the floor, and that never happened to me before, and I thought it was just me. They might be using some type of cleaner and not washing if off properly. I will never eat at Dominos again. Not out of spite, but I just can't take this chance again. I would be crazy to eat at any Dominos again. There is something very wrong. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Nausea
