Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw more than 10 live roaches behind a loose wall panel and dead roaches on the floor and on glue traps. There was one other critical violation, for an employee not washing hands, and seven lesser violations, including for some food being at unsafe temperatures. Additionally, there were two unapproved outdoor storage areas that contained refrigerators, freezers, other equipment and some food and beverages.
