Omelette Illness via Delivery - Doordash, San Francisco California

This occurred yesterday. I ordered the omelette from Tartine Manufactory for lunch, via DoorDash. I ate it at around 2:30 pm. I also ate a morning bun ordered from there. I did not eat the side salad that came with the omelette. It was the only prepared food I ate yesterday. At around 3 or 3:30 am, I woke up with bad stomach cramps. For the next 90 minutes or so, I experienced vomiting, diarrhea, and the worst stomachache I’ve ever had. During this, I also had a cold sweat. I have ordered this omelette several times in the past, but never had an issue until yesterday. It’s currently the following day at 11 am and I’m still not feeling 100% better.
