Sunday august 1st 2021 at around noon i got a double quarter pounder with cheese, a large fry and some chicken nuggets. Took the food home ate it and by the end of the meal immediately felt sick to my stomach and lost my appetite. Ever since that moment i have been feeling stomach pains on and off. I have had to use the restroom alot as well but would not consider it diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite
