Food Safety Report: DQ Grill and Chill 3219 Point Mallard Pkwy, Decatur! al 35603.

DQ Grill and Chill 3219 Point Mallard Pkwy, Decatur! al 35603

3219 Point Mallard Parkway Southeast, Decatur, 35603 Alabama, United States

On June 10, 2016 my husband ate a Turkey BLT from the DQ Grill and Chill at 3219 Point Mallard Pkwy, Decatur, Alabama 35603 while driving to Mobile, Alabama to the USTA Southern tournament championships for 18 year olds. Within 1/2 hour his stomach became somewhat upset, getting progressively worse until at ~ 4 hours we had to stop and there began a 2 day ordeal of violent vomiting, nausea, pain, and diarrhea. In addition to the extreme pain and discomfort, this completely ruined a once in a lifetime event that my daughter had worked hard to achieve. I called the store to inform them, yet instead of expressing any concern or empathy, manager Sam Momin's immediate response was, "we make it fresh every day." When I informed him that I was appalled by his cavalier attitude and that he did not seem the least bit interested in ensuring the safety and health of other customers, he eventually said he would check the temperature of the food. This was the worst dining experience and worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
