Are at 5:30 pm Sunday Sept 1. Ate watermelon salad equally with my husband who has no symptoms at all. My meal was Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and oven cooked different colored carrots. I woke up with horrible stomach pain at approximately 1 am today, Monday. Then explosive diarrhea at 1:30 am. Then 2 am explosive diarrhea and vomiting. I then showered to clean up, still vomiting in the shower. Then fainted and hit my head on the rock wall and feel to the floor of the shower. This could kill an old person. Please track this down so no one else has to endure this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
