Purchased sandwich in DD on Neptune Ave and Brighton 1 in Brooklyn. Ate the sandwich in the am, and felt nauseous approximately after 4-5 hrs.. Started throwing up... Had to vomit like 4 times.. Horrible! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
