Wednesday 6/26/24 Dunkin’ Donuts chocolate chip cookie Only ate a DD cookie mid morning on 6/26/24. By late afternoon got severely ill & ached all over. Went to bed Wednesday night & was severely ill Thursday morning into the day & eventually called ambulance due to collapsing, high fever & difficulty breathing (wife called). My systems were crashing & was admitted to ICU & remain there. Making slow improvements & writing this with help. Nobody else I know is sick. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
