Tuna Melt Illness Outbreak - Eat'n Park, Erie Pennsylvania

9 years ago reported by user-jdgw5782

Eat'n Park, Peach Street, Erie, PA, United States

7355 Peach Street, Erie, 16509 Pennsylvania, United States

On 12/30 I had a tuna melt sandwich at Eat n' Park on Peach Street in Erie PA. I started having nausea and stomach cramps and then I got deathly ill - vomiting about 12 times over a period of 6 hours, upset stomach, dizzy, tingling arms, felt like I was going to black out. It was awful! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Cramps
