I have eaten salad kits over the last 3 weeks. This week muscle aches, upset stomach and diarrhea. Monday onward… finally I think salad kit might be culprit. Looked online it is recalled! Listeria. I am calling dr.

I ate various Eat Smart chopped salad kits … usually on a daily basis. They were purchased at both Walmart and Safeway. I can’t isolate what made me so sick as all packaging was thrown out. I am feeling better… thank goodness. I will never eat bagged raw salad mix again due to potential listeria | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Muscle Pain
