Ate flatbread pizza and within 1 hour was vomiting for a full hour., Only me! It was horrible and very scary. Started dizzy and then massive vomiting. Ate at 2:45 pm and was throwing up by 3:45 pm | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness
