Slice of sausage pizza I had a slice of pizza for dinner that I charged to my debit card in the evening. I went to sleep later that night. When I got up in the morning I had severe diarrhea.

Flatbread Pizza Illness

Ate flatbread pizza and within 1 hour was vomiting for a full hour., Only me! It was horrible and very scary. Started dizzy and then massive vomiting. Ate at 2:45 pm and was throwing up by 3:45 pm
