Was in town for a business conference and ate food catered exclusively for our company. Over 600 people ate for three days and nothing; no one got sick. I ate Agrodolce Salmon at Ecco and quite literally 1 he and 15 minutes later, I got hit with watery diarrhea, where identifiable items from the salmon plate were visible and I have had violent watery diarrhea ever since (going on 8 hours now). | Symptoms: Diarrhea
