It's my birthday. My best friend gets me an arrangement with strawberries pineapples and some of the strawberries or chocolate covered. It also comes with a cupcake. I woke up and as soon as I got the arrangement I ate it at work. I ended up getting violent diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, and without Pepto I probably would have thrown up | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
