Additional information: turkey and provolone sandwich. My daughter ate a turkey & provolone sandwich on 6/11/25 around 4pm. She started having diarrhea and vomiting around 11:30pm that lasted several hours. No one else in our family ate there and we are all fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
