I stopped at the on hwy 29 i ordered a no. 1 egg mcmuffin meal later that day i was burping and its tasted like sulphur or rotten eggs later that night i got really sick and threw up and had a bad case of diarrhea. The next morning im still feeling sick and my diarrhea is still consistent | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Burping
