So I usually get Vital Farms eggs which I trust .. but I saw the flashy "organic" The Farmer's Hen" for half the cost .. thought I might as well give it a try. I noticed the egg shells were a bit cracked but didn't think much of it and the texture wasn't what I'm used to see.. an hour later I started feeling nauseated.. and I threw up every half an hour..for about 2-3 hours. I also saw a bit of blood in the vomit. Thank god I'm feeling better now but I felt really horrible. I looked up the brand and they keep the chickens in a warehouse and had bad reviews. I wanted to support local farms but definitely not this kind. I think the eggs had salmonella growing in them.. realllly bad ... I love eggs 😭 I can take photos of the eggs if requested and required, half of then are still in the fridge. I got them yesterday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
