Closure Date: 01-26-2021Cockroach infestation, no hot water. The inspector saw live and dead roaches under the warewashing and handwashing stations in the truck. The commissary where the truck is based, Industrial Catering, also had a cockroach infestation discovered that day (see below); a health department spokesperson wasn’t able to clarify Friday whether those were two separate issues or not. (UPDATE: A spokesperson says they were separate issues.)
