I had el azteca last night and ate the birra tacos. That was around 5:30pm January 15 2025. Around 4am January 16 I woke up with lots of stomach pain and had diarrhea, and vomiting both multiple times. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
