I had El Azteca around 7:30 PM and woke up at 2:30 AM with chills, nausea, and eventual vomiting and diarrhea. The food I ate came up undigested.

I’m a frequent customer and haven’t had issues before, but something is off as I had very simple food from my home during the day that couldn’t have caused it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
