Ate a combination Chile relleno and tamale plate.I’ve had food poisoning once before and this was several times worse than before.
About 2 hours after eating I felt really bloated and 3 hours after I started throwing up with intense abdominal cramps and diarrhea.
I threw up every 20-30 minutes for the next 10 hours until I finally got to where I wasn’t throwing up anymore.
I was so weak I could barely stand up to walk to the bathroom and was terrified I was going to sh*t myself from being too weak to walk.
Absolutely miserable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Weakness
