My fiance and I ordered a chicken nachos and chicken tostada bowl around 5:20pm on March 16th . A few hours later we both became violently ill. Vomiting , diarrhea, fever and the inability to hold any fluids down. We lost 2 days of work and I'm currently writing this review from a Urgent Care waiting room. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
