I ate tacos al carbon tacos. A few hours after eating it I started vomiting with diarrhea. Later that night I got fever and went to the ER. Then I followed up with my doc a week after because I still felt I'll and I came back positive with salmonella. My stomach has not been the same since . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
