I had a chicken fajita quesadilla around 6:30 pm from the El Pollo Loco at 1941 Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa on 12/11/17. By 8pm it felt like heartburn and by 10pm I was vomiting every 30 minutes until 7am. Vomiting was accompanied by chills, fever and diarrhea starting around 1:30am well into the next morning. I could not hold any water down until about noon yesterday 12/12/17. Still very weak, fatigued, headachey today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Fatigue, Heartburn
