On 11/1/21 around 2pm we bought a lunch for two. I ate the green side salad, my husband did not. Around 7 pm that evening I began to feel very nauseous with stomach cramps, chills, and a headache. It has been over 24 hours and the symptoms are beginning to subside. I have Eaten nothing else since that meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Chills
