I spent the early morning on the floor of my bathroom, throwing up remnants of my tostada from el pollo loco, dry heaving with aches and chills. I ordered a classic chicken tostada, I had a busy day so this was the only thing I was able to eat. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they produced the meal. Talk about fast food! About 6 hours after my dinner, I spent 6 hours throwing it back up along with any liquids consumed. no bueno. Mind you, I ate half of this salad. I'm typing this still nauseated.. I have a feeling the vomiting is not done. Same thing, had vomiting after eating at El pollo loco. Could be the big bowls of sauces that are not cooked, develop bacteria when sitting there all day.
