Not sure but I suspect it was a tres leches cake from here. The product never indicated that needed to be kept refrigerated. It happened on Tuesday April 19, 2022 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Tres leches literally means three milks. Any dairy product should always be kept refrigerated. If it was on the shelf at the store when you found it, then that is another matter. But generally I try to consider how I buy the item. If it was refrigerated at the supermarket, then it needs to be kept refrigerated at home.
