Had two fish tacos with everything on them. Had stomach cramps and felt really nauseous up until around 10pm along with a 102 fever. Had intense vomiting and diarrhea. Next day still nauseous and have diarrhea and fever is down to 100. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
