Management instructed to provide covered waste receptacles in all women's washrooms. #55-repair the broken baseboard tiles at the corner inside of the entrance to the kitchen and next to the 2 compartment sink. Repair the wall behind the 3 compartment sink and in the dry storage room. Regrout the floor tiles in front of the high temperature dish machine. Priorirty foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
