Something in a gluten free meal on a flight from Entebbe to Dubai, Emirates flight. no idea how many got sick. Around 1h after the meal I started feeling stomach discomfort, which turned into cramps with time. Few hours later in was vomiting, have nausea, feeling feverish. Abdominal cramps worsened and around 24h post meal I started having diarrhea that got worse on day 3 ans slowly improved over the week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Nausea
