Over the course of about 2 weeks, 6-pack of Ensure® Original Milk Chocolate Nutrition Shake gave me mild diarrhea and a queasy feeling, but only on the days that I drank the Ensure for breakfast. Years ago it never did this to me. Now I see in small print that it contains Sucralose, which has laxative effects and can cause gastrointestinal distress. What on earth is fake sweetener doing in a nutritional supplement that people ? And how do they get away with calling it Original? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas
