Keto Shake Causes Pain - Protein, Florida

I got this type of shake as a substitute to the other Equate meal replacement shakes I usually get. Not even 20 minutes later i experienced horrible stomach pain. I also had work in 2 hours and didn't want to call in sick last minute. Tried to flush it down with another drink with no luck. I ended up forcing myself to puke to which the pain stopped almost instantly, admittedly still experiencing cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
