Drank nutritional shake around 8am on Monday 06/18/18 began symptoms around 10am. Severe diahrrea all day Monday. Took anti-diarheal that evening. Tuesday still had diahrrea and severe nausea. Took more medication. Today Wednesday 06/20/18 no longer having diahrrea, but stomach cramps and hurts when I eat as well as mild nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
