Suspected source: Spinacs
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 5 people
Additional Information: My family and I ate at lunchtime (Between 1 and 3 o'clock) We ate spinach, hours later we all started to feel sick and throw up non-stop. Today we're all still bad | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
