Additional Information: it was Ethiad London to Abu dhabi. Both me and my partner got the lactose free meal and both me and her suffered some form of poisioning. In her case, the symptoms occurred shortly after, during the second flight abu-dhabi -> Tokyo. For me, after we landed, but they were longer lasting. At the moment, we are both fine but this impaired a half of our holiday. As a precaution, we'll change our meal options for the return flight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Headache
