Flew Ethiopian from Geneva to Cape Town leaving sunday evening (21st June) with sister + bf. Now 3 days later, morning of wednesday 24th, my sister and I are extremely sick, E.Coli or Salmonella. Boyfriend did not eat the airline food, and is completely healthy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Hello, I have got exactly the same after eating a no lactose meal. I was hospitalised on the 28th of May in Cape Town. I am trying to get a refund from the company for all the expenses that I have to covered for the hospitalisation.
