Shigella from In-Flight Meal - Airlines, Lazio

Two days after the flight I started having severe diarrhoea and high fever (up to 40 degrees). Turned out after an hospitalisation that it was Shigella. I am quite sure that the infection came from the food of the aiprlane, especially because I ate a non lactose meal (special meal) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache
