Airline Meal Causes Illness - Airlines, Riyadh Riyadh Province

I took a flight returning to Toronto, Canada. Within an hour of eating the first meal, I started having extreme stomach pains. That was followed by severe diarrhea and eventually vomiting. The vomiting continued for the entire 14hr flight. The crew refused to help me. I spent almost the entire flight in the toilet.
When I returned home I wrote to the airline and detailed the experience. They refused to take responsibility.
On recalling the story to others, I heard of two other people it happened to. One was a mother traveling with two small children. She said the crew did nothing to help her. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
