Only person in party to eat chocolate ice cream purchased from the only vendor that was selling food there yesterday around 4 pm. 30-40 minutes later very sudden onset of violent vomiting, fever, diarrhea and gastrointestinal c, My grandson ate chocolate ice cream from the only vendor selling food at the Rocky Mountain Nationals wrestling event. That is the only food he ate that nobody else in our party ate. 30-49 minutes later he started vomiting violently which continued. symptoms still continuing at 10:30 AM today. Treated at Children's hospital ER. Prescribed Tylenol 3 and Pedialite. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas
