Ate brunch with my girlfriend on March 7th at about 12:30. She got a breakfast sandwich and I got the smoked salmon benedict. She was fine, but about 3 hours later I got a severely upset stomach. I then proceeded to have diarrhea for about 10 hours, with vomiting after 6 hours. After vomiting stopped after occurring for about 8 hours, I continued to have diarrhea along with a fever and headaches. Symptoms resolving after about 48 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever
