Additional information: Had falafel wrap around 6pm, felt fine, then a bit nauseous before I went to sleep pretty late around 2:30. Woke up at 5am to diarrhoea, nausea, and feeling hot. Luckily an hour and a half later diarrhoea has stopped although my tummy still feels a bit sensitive | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
