I went to work. I ate a frozen pasta that I purchased from here the night before. I went to work and started have serious abdominal pain and diarrhea. I called my doctor and told her my stomach was hurting really badly. She advised me to go to the ER. I went to the ER and they gave me pain meds, antibiotics, and nausea meds. The ER sent me home; however, I ended up having to go back for the same abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
