Food Safety Report: Farm Burger Huntsville, Bob Wallace Avenue Southwest, Huntsville, AL, USA.

Farm Burger Huntsville, Bob Wallace Avenue Southwest, Huntsville, AL, USA

930 Bob Wallace Avenue Southwest, Huntsville, 35801 Alabama, United States

I noticed several food safety concerns while eating at this establishment. 1-One of the cooks had his gloves on while fiddling with his clothing & pulling his pants up, but did not change gloves or wash his hands before immediately returning to cooking. 2- The drinks were in uncovered self-serve bottles that anybody could contaminate as they walked by. 3-5- One of the employees working at the front counter seemed to lack proper training for work in food service. She was on her cell phone and also had her hair out constantly running her hands through it or flipping it as she walked around without washing her hands before handling/taking customers their food or making milkshakes. She made a milkshake then stood in front of the machine eating the excess out of the metal cup with a spoon before taking the milkshake to the customer who ordered it. It seems like employees at this location need to review sanitary practices to prevent cross-contamination such as when to wash their hands or change their gloves.
